1. Camp Director (Part Time)

Camp Timberledge Inc. is seeking a dynamic Christian leader to further develop its camping and retreat ministries. The Director will either live at the camp or in the Beach Lake/Honesdale, Pennsylvania area.

The Director will represent Camp Timberledge to the public. The Camp Director will coordinate, along with CTI President, the operation of Camp Timberledge; take responsibility for (1) budgeting and payroll, (2) marketing, (3) group scheduling and correspondence, (4) employment and part time employees, and (5) liaison with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Camp Director will supervise the work of the Camp Resident and part time camp staff to do the following: (1) light maintenance, (2) lawn care, (3)housekeeping, (4) facilities set-up, and (5) guest hosting. It is expected that the Camp Director will have a primary source of income such as full-time employment, retirement income, etc. to provide for their living expenses.

The Camp Director will be paid a monthly salary based on an average of forty hours per month.

2. Camp Resident (Part Time)

Camp Timberledge Inc. is seeking a dedicated and thorough Christian worker to provide a pleasant environment for its camping and retreat ministries.

The Camp Resident will live on-site at the camp, pay a modest rent and be paid on a fee-for-service basis. Work responsibilities at the camp may include (1) light maintenance, (2) lawn care, (3) housekeeping, (4) facilities set-up, and (5) guest hosting.

It is expected that the Camp Resident will have a primary source of income such as full time employment, retirement income, etc. to provide for their living expenses. It is expected that the Camp Resident will be paid an hourly fee for an average of 20 hours per month.
